Dr. Parveen Sandhu is the founder of Surge Consulting Pte. Ltd. and an experienced Specialist Adult Educator at the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Singapore. As an accomplished workplace learning specialist and facilitator, Dr. Parveen has worked with a wide spectrum of learners from public institutes, SMEs, and MNCs. Her focus on human-centred learning is informed by neuroscience and positive psychology, as such her work focuses on the 'right-fit' in both design and facilitation.
